Information has it on 19th of February 2020, that a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), at Jos North NYSC secretariat in Plateau State, was made to kneel down by a Red Cross CDS supervisor as a punishment for an undisclosed offense.An eye witness who was present at the scene of the incident (a serving NYSC member) revealed it as unserious. According to this eye witness, “the red Cross CDS supervisor never meant to punish him, it was a joke and someone behind me took a shot of it just to gain Fame and recognition on Twitter.”Some other members of the CDS group took to their WhatsApp group chat to question the individual who made it public and serious. Most of the NYSC members who were present at the scene, feared that this incident might cost the CDS supervisor her job.
